On Site:

1.  Prepare the area for taking the photos (should be same condition for an Open House).
2.  Using DSLR camera - shoot  multiple photos of each area using a pano head and full frame fisheye lens.

Post Production:

1. Stitch the photos to make and equirectangular panorama of each view.
2. Import panoramas into a Virtual Tour builder software to connect panoramas and add navigation and customization to the tour.
